The GROB apprenticeship is a four-year program where apprentices receive on-the-job training at GROB while earning a company-paid Associate Degree in Engineering Technology through Rhodes State College. Apprentices train in our apprenticeship labs and work alongside experienced workers in the manufacturing and assembly areas of our facility to further develop their technical skills. The combination of their GROB training and Rhodes coursework will prepare apprentices to become highly skilled technicians in various mechanical, and electrical departments throughout our facility.
