Production Products, Inc. is a growing manufacturing facility. We are looking for a self directed candidate with good multi-tasking skills. The candidate must have previous experience in payroll functions. Candidate must have knowledge of Microsoft Office. Experience in a large manufacturing facility if preferred.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Calculates and posts employee earnings including overtime, shift differentials, hourly production incentives, and/or incentive bonus plans.
Inputs data into the computer, including name, days worked, overtime earnings, shift differentials, date, gross pay, deductions, required withholdings, and net earnings when authorized to make such changes.
Processes individual salary/rate adjustments or other changes affecting employee payroll status including new hires, transfers, layoffs, terminations, paid or unpaid leaves of absence, and related actions.
Calculates and posts all required and voluntary pay deductions which involve multi-state tax deductions or other withholdings.
Calculates, maintains, and tracks vacation and personal days.
Enter payroll into Ultipro, transmit for processing.
Enter and process monthly attendance bonus.
Reconcile direct/indirect labor reports with Payroll.
Tracks 401(k) loan repayments Weekly, keeps Empower up to date with changes and/or additions.
Daily, tracks absences, tardies, edits punches, reconciles hours with production reports and overtime spreadsheet.
Experience with Plex system is a plus.
Will be doing daily balancing of employee hours.
Performs other essential functions as assigned.

Must be computer literate, have adequate mathematical skills, maintain confidentiality, and maintain interpersonal skills.
Must have previous payroll experience.
Preferred experience in a large manufacturing setting.
Must have experience in Microsoft Office.
High School / GED (preferred)
2 – 4 years: Prior Payroll experience (required)
2 – 4 years: Large Manufacturing environment experience preferred (preferred)
Computer Literate (required)
