Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

Accounts payable functions
Invoicing
Compiling production data into Excel Spreadsheets
Financial reporting in accordance with GAAP and Company requirements
Assisting Plant Accounting Manager in the areas of general accounting, financial analysis, and special projects
Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following:

Computer proficient, familiar with Microsoft office, specifically extensive experience working with Excel formula and spreadsheet navigation
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to effectively organize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Reasoning and problem solving ability
Good work and attendance history
Attention to detail, accuracy and neatness are essential
High School Diploma or equivalent
Associates degree in business, accounting, finance or related field preferred by not required
One or more years of general office skills
Possess good analytical, time management, and process management skills
Strong work ethic and interpersonal skills
