Kiene Recreation is looking to hire a dependable, adaptable Administrative Assistant to join our team. We are seeking a candidate that can effectively troubleshoot, multi-task, takes initiative, and is willing to learn every day.
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for accounting, financing, customer service, and general office duties. These responsibilities include but are not limited to: supporting the sales team by quoting and invoicing an order, running credit checks, and preparing financial contracts for customers. This role will also incorporate: title work, sales tax, accounts payable, accounts receivable, month end bank reconciliation, accounting data entry, managing the phones, and filing.
Experience in MS Office & Excel is required; experience with Quickbooks & advanced excel reporting is not required but is valued.
