The University of Findlay (www.findlay.edu) is seeking a full-time administrative assistant. This position maintains accurate databases and processing reports for the Ed.D. Programs. In this critical position the individual communicates with candidates throughout the admissions process, updates files, and coordinates the summer institute. This individual will be responsible for keeping in touch with cohorts to provide updates each semester and to aid in scheduling. This position is also responsible for administering duties to the School Psychology program and providing support similar to the EdD Program. Along with those responsibilities, the person in this position assists with the day to day functioning of the College of Education and provides faculty support.

A high school diploma is required, associate’s degree preferred, with three years of administrative office experience. The candidate must possess knowledge of Microsoft Office and accuracy in data entry and analysis for report writing. Preference given to candidate with librarian experience as well as experience supervising student workers and graduate assistants.
