Job Description
The purpose of the BVMP Clinical Lead RN Provider and End User Trainer is to train, plan, organize, perform a wide variety of provider support, key initiatives, support standard desktop software, nursing and supervisory functions: leadership role in clinical education and training leading clinical policy and best practice to BVMP clinical staff. JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Duty 1: Creates training curriculum and up-to-date training materials. Develops handouts, testing materials, and exercises for training.
Duty 2: Creates BVMP office policy and procedures by implementing evidence best practice.
Duty 3: Provide on-going leadership and support to all BVMP clinical staff by ensuring best practice and helping to optimize clinical office practice workflows.
Duty 4: Ensures that all requirements of governmental agencies and regulating bodies are met while on-site. Is able to adhere to policies, procedures, and regulations.
Duty 5: Leads committees as appointed. Completes all required reports in an accurate and timely manner.
Duty 6: Promotes service-oriented philosophy in all interactions with the patients, families, association associates/staff, medical professionals, visitors and general public.
Duty 7: Encourages communication and professional service to all customers, responds to associate problems, complaints, and suggestions in a responsive and professional manner. Reports all incidents to department manager for further review. Interfaces with end users to resolve problems, determines best methods for solutions.
Duty 8: Provides flexible training scheduled to accommodate end-user/provider needs. Serves as a liaison between providers and technical teams to ensure requirements, specifications, and timelines are understood and accomplished.
Duty 9: Conducts on-site, web based, and classroom training for providers and front-line staff utilizing a wide variety of principles and techniques. Development of stand work on new processes. Evaluates training effectiveness to assure needs of end user is addressed. Provides end-user/provider support. Coordinates with others as necessary to address additional training needs of end user/providers.
Duty 10: Communicates changes and upcoming opportunities for learning. Prepares for and participates in meetings as assigned to provide status updates, describing upcoming requirements, outline areas of deficiencies, etc.
Duty 11: Maintains current technical knowledge as well as future technical knowledge. Participates in meetings, seminars, and training sessions to obtain information that integrates with and will be developed into training program/materials.
Duty 12: Project Management for large projects, including creating project documentation, managing resources, and deadlines, and overcoming barriers for projects.
Duty 13: Plans, organizes, and performs activities to meet training objectives, provides physician support for key initiatives and supports standard desktop software. Provides applications support, implementation, testing and troubleshooting.
Job Requirements
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Graduate of an accredited RN school of nursing, BSN-RN with 3-5 years’ experience in ambulatory nursing and/or training and education development.
* Currently licensed in the State of Ohio with the Ohio Board of Nursing.
* A valid driver’s license is required (If you do not have a valid Ohio driver’s license you must obtain one within one year of your residency in the state) and
