Job Description

Write your next chapter: Under direct supervision of the Director of Administration, you will receive and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate destination utilizing a multi-line phone system. You will maintain positive call and service metrics, input data into the client electronic health record, and maintain accuracy of all data entry procedures.

  • You will receive and route all incoming calls, messages, questions, and concerns, while also adhering to agency policies/procedures, including confidentiality and client rights. While doing so, understand the need for professional behavior to ensure that we have excellent customer service recognition with all incoming calls.
  • Accurately obtain and enter into the client’s health record all demographic, insurance and health history information for new clients, while maintaining sensitivity to the service population’s cultural and socioeconomic characteristics.
  • You will recommend, participate in, conduct, and sustain performance and quality improvement activities.

Job Requirements

Who are you?

You are a caring and dedicated professional who has obtained a HSD/GED with strong customer service skills in order to make the best impact in our high volume call center and for the organization. Previous call center experience is preferred, but not necessary for success in the position.

You have the ability to obtain an Ohio Driver’s License, maintain auto insurance, earn CPR/First Aid certification, and be willing to submit to background check and fingerprinting.
In this role you will regularly use various computer apps including Microsoft Office, our HRIS, EHR and other online systems, with multiple logins often simultaneously.
