A Candidate Care Representative will have the responsibility of answering incoming telephone calls and direct calls to the appropriate individual/department and/or answer the candidate inquiry. This position must respond in a calm and professional manner to all individual inquiries. Candidates must have the ability to perform a variety of functional tasks, work within a team environment, and exhibit a commitment to our peers, as well as our clients. RESPONSIBILITIES: Answer incoming calls from candidates and client contacts. Record accurate notes and update last action status in the candidates’ files in applicant tracking system. Verify and update candidate contact information. Provide candidates with updates regarding their status in the hiring process. Provide candidates with assistance / direction in completing clients’ application process. Send communication updates to account teams based on calls from candidates. Determine and troubleshoot candidate issues and escalate to account team if needed. Schedule candidates for interviews (phone and in person). Review information on the intranet to find solutions to candidate problems and answers to candidate questions. Run analytical reports. Assist with additional administrative support tasks as needed. Performs related work as required.
High School Diploma or GED required 1-3 years of Customer Service Preferred Qualifications
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following: Experience with Customer Service, Inbound/Outbound Calls preferred Written & Verbal Communication Skills Professional Telephone Skills Computer Skills
