The Seneca County Department of Job and Family Services is seeking to fill an opening for a Child Support Caseworker to manage child support cases by processing appropriate documentation and testifying in court, if needed

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Maintains and updates child support caseload and files
• Enforces child support orders
• Determines child support obligation and enforces child support orders
• Conducts in house investigations to locate absent parent/obligors and pursue/terminate child support
• Monitors case balances and payments
• Prepares and delivers court testimony

PAY RATE: $12.49/hour
