In recent months, Poggemeyer Design Group (PDG) has become part of the Kleinfelder Group from California to become one of the nation’s largest design service providers. Poggemeyer Design Group, a Kleinfelder Company, is currently searching for a Civil Technician to join our team in the Bowling Green, Ohio office.
Using AutoCAD Civil 3D or Microstation
Process field data and prepare topographic survey drawings
Prepare utility basemap drawings
Prepare various site plans and utility plans
Investigate permit requirements and prepare permit drawings and applications
Prepare construction layout drawings
Prepare boundary survey and easement drawings under the supervision of a Professional Surveyor
Prepare as-built drawings from field notes and survey data
Provide office and technical support to field surveying personnel.
Follow project schedules and internal budgets
Follow internal and/or client procedures and standards

Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D or Microstation
Minimum 5 years experience in Survey or Civil related CAD drafting preferred
Microsoft Word and Excel Experience
Associate or Technical Degree in CAD, Survey, Construction, or Engineering related fields preferred
