Bowling Transportation, Inc. is a family-owned company was founded in 1986 and specializes in the hauling of Steel products.

Bowling has four terminals:  Corporate Headquarters in Fostoria Ohio, Southern Ohio Terminal in Middletown Ohio, Northern Ohio Terminal in Delta Ohio and the Northern Indiana Terminal in Portage, IN.  All four locations have Full Maintenance capabilities.  We take great pride in the Safety and Appearance of our Equipment.

Position Summary:

Bowling Transportation Inc. is seeking a Class 8 Truck & Trailer Diesel Mechanic- Entry Level to Experienced Mechanic to help complete general maintenance including but not limited to: PM’S, Tires, Air Systems, Brakes, Light Motor Work, Light Electrical and A/C Work. Training available.

This is a Full-time position on Day Shift Monday to Friday with competitive wages.

Wages based on experience.

Job Requirements

Experience/Skills:

• 1+ years of Class 8 truck /trailer mechanics experience preferred not required
• Good verbal and written communications
• Basic computer skills preferred not required
• Must provide own tools
• Must have a valid drivers license
• Must be able to use power tools
• CDL preferred but not required
