The clerical support candidate will work hand and hand with operations manager. This position requires detail organizational skills, to work efficiently with little supervision, and to provide support to plant operations. This is a temporary position through the summer, that could potentially lead to full-time employment.
Hours: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm
Daily Duties include:
Customer service – being the main point of contact when customer’s walk in.
Retrieve and open mail every morning.
Answer phones and relay messages to the appropriate department or managers.
Manage shipment schedules, reach out if there are discrepancies, print off and organize truck invoices by date
Manage inbound and out bound deliveries
Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable
Assist the operations manager with tasks as needed.

High School Diploma or equivalent;
Customer service experience
Previous administrative skills a plus
Proficient in Microsoft work and excel
Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
