Job Description

Commercial Loan Processing Clerk
(Full-time position)

The First Citizens National Bank of Upper Sandusky is looking for an experienced individual to serve as a commercial loan processing clerk at the Main Office location.

Duties may include, but are not limited to:  processing commercial real estate loans; collecting and recording customer information in a timely manner to ensure timely processing of compliant loan files; ordering and preparing any required documents necessary for compliant loan closing; managing working pipeline and meeting target close dates; preparing loan files for closing; ensuring accuracy and completeness of each loan file; coordinating closings with lenders and title agencies; compliance with all government regulations including BSA, Reg E, Reg CC, CRA, Reg DD as well as loan bankwide policies.

Job Requirements

Requirements:  High school diploma, GED or equivalent; at least two years of loan processing or banking experience; excellent customer service skills; strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multi task; ability to pay attention to detail while handling a high-volume of work with multiple interruptions; ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, co-workers, and customers; ability to work independently and self-motivated; working knowledge of real estate documentation, underwriting policies, compliance and procedures.
