Job Purpose

Working from the Bowling Green, Ohio office the main duties of this role will be to support Regional Account Managers, Strategic Account Executives, and the A-Gas Network through purchase orders, sales order entry, data tracking, and providing excellent customer service. The schedule for this position will be Monday – Friday from 7 AM – 4 PM.

Key Responsibilities

Provide a high level of customer service and proactive account management

Answer and direct phone calls as necessary

Work closely with the Customer Support Manager and Customer Support Team Lead to grow and strengthen the customer relationship

Build and maintain sustainable relationships with customers through open and interactive communication, written and verbal

Open new customer accounts by working with Finance/RAMs/TAM/Field Network to obtain the necessary documentation

Work to alleviate customer complaints

Work to ensure customer account accuracy

Responsible for purchase order and sales order entry and tracking, quickly and accurately

Oversee inputting information into Cyltrak (cylinder management system)

Collaborate with various departments to ensure jobs are completed accurately and in timely a fashion

Partnership with logistics to ensure orders are shipped within customer expectations and provide tracking information to customers

Prepare and analyze job reports to submit to Finance

Prepare and create RMA paperwork

Ensure customer requirements are being met/exceeded

Building dashboards to visualize data in SalesForce and SharePoint

Request Insurance Certificates

Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Experience, Knowledge, and Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree preferred

3+ years in Customer Service

Ability to organize, prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously

Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality

Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAGE, SAP, SalesForce, Zen Desk, Excel, and other internet applications or CRMs /ERPs

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
