We have a job opening and exciting opportunity for a full time Customer Service Supervisor in our Tiffin, OH location with the possibility of a work from home hybrid model (in office part of the week and remote part of the week). The primary role of a Customer Service Supervisor is to oversee, manage, direct and develop all CS representatives reporting to them as well as perform daily CS tasks for our customers when necessary. The CS Supervisor will serve as the first line of support for all assigned CSR’s and sales managers as they all work together to provide consistent dependable service to our customers.
What You Will Do:
Manage career development for their assigned CS representatives.
Work with CS Manager to complete performance management reviews for all assigned team members.
Lead interviews, hiring and training process for new CS Specialists.
Create and inspire a strong positive environment.
Be able to confidently and professionally instruct others.
Generate and analyze inventory, backorder, fill rate and other performance measurement reports and take action when necessary to resolve any issues or improve performance.
Performs all other duties as assigned.

What You Will Need to be Successful:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Three or more years of experience in a customer service or related experience required.
Shows strong leadership skills by working well with other, sharing expertise with fellow peers and presenting an overall positive attitude.
Displays strong presentation skills in front of customers and others within Concordance.
High energy, positive attitude and customer service oriented.
Must have excellent communication skills and be forward thinking.
Must be detail oriented and possess analytical skills, must be flexible and have the ability to multi-task.
Previous management or leadership experience preferred.
Must have strong computer skills. Proficient with Excel and Word required.
Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
