Purpose of the Position: To receive complaints from the public concerning crimes, or emergencies involving police, fire and medical response units, broadcast the information to the appropriate entity, relay instructions or questions from remote units. Access data necessary to the units to respond appropriately.

An open competitive examination for Public Safety Communications Officer (Dispatcher) for the City of Findlay is announced by the Civil Service Commission.
