Working Title of Position:  Eligibility Referral Supervisor 1

This is a full-time position.  Core agency hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. 

Flexible schedule may be an option.

JOB DUTIES:

Recruiting a motivated individual to manage and supervise Eligibility/Referral Specialists & support staff in the Family Assistance Unit. Position includes assigns workloads, monitors and evaluates accuracy and compliance with applicable rules, regulations and procedures.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

– One year of experience as a Quality Control Reviewer, 30181, in an eligibility/referral unit.

– Or two years experience as an Eligibility/Referral Specialist 2, 30122.

– Or three years experience as an Eligibility/Referral Specialist 1, 30121.

– Or completion of undergraduate major core coursework in behavioral science or social

science or education. Also requires one year of experience in a position similar to a

Quality Control Reviewer, 30181, or two years of experience in a position similar an

Eligibility/Referral Specialist 2, 30122, or three years experience in a position

similar to an Eligibility/Referral Specialist 1, 30121.
