Job Description

The Seneca County Department of Job and Family Services has an opening for an Employment Services Worker to interview applicants and recipients for a variety of Workforce and Family Services programs to identify and resolve barriers to employment.

  • Conducts phone interviews
  • Approves and/or denies applications
  • Redetermines eligibility
  • Meets with individuals to discuss employment barriers and training
  • Maintains contact with providers
  • Prepares appeal summaries and presents at hearings
