Job Description

How you’ll make a difference in this role:

Under direct supervision of the Clinical Director, you will offer support and resources for families of youth with serious emotional disturbances who are receiving services in community mental health systems. You will act as a crucial member of the treatment team by working with family members one-on-one or in a group setting, supporting them in achieving goals through shared activities and interventions. You will also provide a warm handoff to community services and agencies.

Job Requirements

Who are you?

You are a caring and passionate individual who has a combination of education (HSD/GED), training and lived experience which indicates possession of the skills, knowledge and abilities needed to perform the job requirements listed below.  

  • You have lived experience helping a child navigate multiple child-serving systems.
  • You have lived experience with a child that has mental health

Additional Requirements: You must be able to become CPR/First Aid certified; be willing to submit fingerprints and background check. You must also be willing to obtain an Ohio Driver’s License and have reliable transportation; must meet the minimum required level of auto insurance per carrier guidelines, as the position could be required to transport clients in your personal vehicle as needed. You are able to regularly use various computer applications requiring multiple logins, including those for communicating internally and externally, including Microsoft Office, as well as our HRIS, EHR and other online systems, often simultaneously.
