Responsible for and has the authority to establish the duties and activities of positions that directly and/or indirectly report to him.
Select, develop, motivate, train and evaluate personnel in the human resource functions.
Implementation and utilization of the selection process for Employees.
Maintaining manpower requirements.
Responsible for the orientation of new or transferred Team Members.
EEOC compliance, affirmative action, OSHA regulation compliance and the fair treatment of all employees.
Facilitation of the Safety Council.
Training and the control of training records.
Responsible for investigation and follow-up on Employee concerns or complaints.
Enforcing and maintaining Company policies and guidelines.
Responsible for confidentiality, open and honest communications.
Responsible for all aspects of Workers Compensation
Evaluation and appraisal process.
Responsible for employee satisfaction and morale.
EMS, manages all training and first aid/CPR and other items as assigned.
Track and improve plant measurables included in the Midway Operating System (MOS).
Has the authority to stop production operations with respect to safety or quality concerns.
Treats all other Team Members with dignity and respect.
Performs all other tasks as assigned.

Bachelors of Business (preferred)
Three to five years professional experience in Human Resources environment preferred. (required)
