DEPARTMENT: Home Health

JOB POSITION: REGISTERED NURSE

JOB STATUS: FULL TIME – 72 to 80 hours per pay. PRIMARY SHIFT: 8AM-4:30PM.
Weekend and holiday responsibility as an on-call basis.

JOB DUTIES: Based out of the Home Health office as well as patient homes. Uses a
systematic approach to assess patient’s needs, plan care, provide
quality/direct care, coordination of care and evaluate care in an efficient, safe
environment. The RN facilitates collaboration amongst a variety of
disciplines in order to provide a unified and seamless approach to care
delivery. This position is responsible for adhering to all standards of nursing
practice, for promoting teamwork amongst all departments as well as the
patient’s physician. Patient advocacy, patient safety, and improving health
status are priorities when the RN develops the plan of care.

Job Requirements

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate from Accredited School of Nursing and currently licensed in the State of Ohio. Must exemplify a strong initiative and enthusiasm for the
position, including a professional demeanor in appearance and ability to
communicate positively, be an independent thinker, and a customer service
leader.
