Job Description

Becoming a McLane teammate is to become part of an honest, stable, and reliable company with 125 years of success. We are looking for teammates with perseverance who will take the extra step for our customers, our community, and our company. This is a temporary, short term position from hire date through late fall of 2021

Pay rate: $17.00 per hour

Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Provides administrative support to HR staff. Processes HR related documents and creates simple HR reports.

Provides administrative support for the HR team.
Tracks employee attendance records, including sick time, vacation time, and holidays.
Assists teammates with the benefit enrollment processes and policy questions.
Completes wage and employment verification requests.
Completes HR related paperwork and ensures security for new teammates is set up correctly.
Maintains files and records.
Handles scanning and indexing of employment data.
Other duties may be assigned.

Job Requirements


HS Diploma or GED.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
2 or more year’s office experience required.
Organized and detail-oriented.
Office Environment
Candidates may be subject to a background check and drug screen, in accordance with applicable laws.
