IT Administrator

Location:  Various Locations
Department:  Information Technology
Reports to:  Director of IT
Direct Reports: 0
Hours:  M-F, 8am-5pm
FLSA Status:  Non-exempt
Benefits:  Eligible
Travel:  None
Pay Range:  Depends on experience

Position Summary:
The IT Administrator is to support the IT department with all administrative functions including purchasing, billing, IT licenses reporting, and Sarbanes Oxley documentation and testing.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Purchasing
    • Take request from users (network, app/dev, management)
    • Retrieve quotes/approvals
    • Enter web req’s and purchase
  • Billing
    • Run reports out of service desk
    • Check hours (follow up) with app/dev
    • Retrieve approvals
  • Communications Invoices
    • Consolidate into a monthly summary spreadsheet
    • Helping with disconnects, ensuring credits are given and allocated correctly
    • Follow up on any changes/additions
  • Reporting
    • IT licenses
    • Asset tracking
    • IT reports
    • Other reports as needed
  • Coordination between AP and IT to ensure invoices are being processed correctly and timely
  • SOX documentation and internal testing
    • Help with review of SOX documents annually
    • Assist with testing each audit

Other Responsibilities:

  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

 

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

Education Requirements
Associates Degree in Computer Science or Vocational Schooling in PC and Networking preferred.
Any additional certifications are a plus
Prior Experience
2 years of office experience, background in ERP, Accounts Payable, or of an IT nature preferred.
Hard Skills
Experienced with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Knowledge of ERP / Accounts Payable procedures
Soft Skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Self-starter, requires minimal supervision
Strong written, verbal and listening skills
Able to thrive and contribute in team environments
Committed to high level customer service
Physical Requirements
Those typical of standard office conditions
Position requires frequent use of vision, hearing, and speaking abilities.
Light lifting up to 30 lbs. is moderately required.
Must be able to walk, stand or sit for extended periods.
