Job Purpose:
Responsible for maintaining quality standards and reliability of products.

Duties:
* Testing incoming products according to established specifications

* Ensuring all required testing methods and procedures follow GMP requirements and are completed at various stages of manufacturing prior to product release

* Testing product at various stages of manufacturing to include: loss on drying, particle size, bulk density, disintegration, microbial, amino acid content, phytosterol content

* Ensuring all records of testing are recorded accurately and good documentation practices are followed

Hours:
Full time 40 hours per week position. Monday-Thursday 7AM-5:30PM.
