Our manufacturing client is seeking a motivated individual to work as a Machine Operator working in a large manufacturing environment. You’ll work as part of a fast paced team creating a variety of stamped or pressed automotive parts. About the Job

Pay rate: $12.30 – $12.65 / hour

Shifts: Mon – Fri (Mandatory Overtime before shift and some Sat work)

1st: 6:00 am – 2:30 pm; or 6:00 am – 2:00 pm

2nd: 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm; or 2:00 pm – 11:30 pm

3rd: 10:00 pm – 6:00 am

Essential Job Tasks

The Machine Operator is responsible for operating machines to ensure they produce a high quality product. Each day you will compete the following tasks.

Operate robotic weld machines

Operate robotic press machines

Product packaging at the end of the press

Placing product in shipping container

Assisting with machine maintenance

Loading materials into machines

Monitoring machine functions

Maintaining a clean work environment

Additional tasks as needed

Job Requirements


 A successful Machine Operator can stand for eight to 10 hours a day, repeatedly lift up to 40lbs, and stretch, bend or twist safely. The positon requires workers to wear a variety of personal protective equipment, including steel toed boots, Kevlar sleeves, gloves, safety glasses, and ear protection. The client provides everything except the steel toed boots.  Additional, candidates applying for this position should be able to work in a hazy, dusty environment.
