Nurse Aide Scholarship

The purpose of this posting is to source candidates for the opportunity to receive a scholarship to attend Nurse Aide classes through Careers 4 You (D & S Training Center)with a potential opportunity to become employed at the completion of the program. The Nurse Aide program is comprised of classroom hours and clinical hours. The class dates will be provided through the training center.

Private Duty Aide

To provide direct care and perform Nurse aide functions such as care for the personal needs and comfort of patients in accordance with current applicable federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations,

Private Duty aides provide personal care and homemaker services in the clients home setting.

Perks include shift diff, mileage reimbursement, birthday pay, 403B, and insurance including medical, dental, and vision.

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

* Successful completion of Nurse Aide classes.
* Availability to work every third weekend.
* Positive service-oriented interpersonal and communication skills required.
* Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.

This position is classified at risk for possible occupational exposure to blood borne pathogens (HBV, HIV etc)
