Come join our team!!!! Staffmark is seeking an experienced recruiter/onsite recruiter for one of our onsite locations in the Bowling Green, Ohio area. Ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and be able to positively represent Staffmark and our customer to all potential and current employees at all times.
Responsibilities of the Recruiter position include:
Coordinate recruitment strategies. This includes job posting, sourcing (internet, job fairs, newspapers, social media) screening, scheduling interviews, offers, background checks, drug testing, and preparing for start dates.
Matching candidates to job orders and filling open positions in an effective and timely manner
Troubleshoots, resolves and addresses clients’ concerns
Working onsite for first day check-ins, orientations, customer meetings, and walking warehouse floor
Maintain headcount/turnover spreadsheet for all new hires, terminations, replacements, and new positions
Maintain employee files, I-9’s, badges and access
Facilitate and/or conduct new hire orientation
Prepares reports and metrics to measure human resource related functions such as collecting and reporting out on statistical data including turnover, diversity, new hires, transfers, etc.

Qualifications for the Recruiting position include:
1+ Years of Recruiting experience; Onsite Recruiter Experience a plus
Valid driver license
Strong oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills
Intermediate Excel and Power Point experience required
Experience managing and maintaining confidentiality (including treatment of confidential documents)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with little supervision
