Role and Responsibilities
 Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment for all production
personnel.
 Keep up with cycle times, perform repetitive motions, which includes but not
limited to griping, squeezing, and handling with hands.
 Place production parts after trimming into designated packaging.
 Follow processes and procedures as outlined in work instructions. (Red Books)
 Maintain Quality products and packaging that meet our customer’s expectations.
 Support Pinnacle Plastic Products Vision and Mission.
 Meet ISO criteria and other customer expectations as far as labeling, skids,
banding, etc.
 Work with all other departments to achieve plant wide goals.
 Standing for 8 hours, bending frequently and occasionally lifting up to 35 lbs.
 Any other task that your Supervisor, manager instruct you to do.
 Commit to all safety programs and practices.
