Job Description

Description
1st shift

Responsible to select, develop, motivate, train and evaluate personnel in the accounting and payroll functions.

Responsible for auditing & approving payroll information.

Responsible for auditing payable batches and approve for payment.

Approve purchase orders, evaluate and compare vendor quotes.

Responsible for generating & preparing of weekly & monthly Midway Operating System (MOS) data.

Responsible for internal control procedures.

Maintain product costing files and calculate year end burden rates and related costing data.

Support inventory control & reporting.

Responsible to track & improve plant measurables included in the Midway Operating System (MOS)

Responsible for confidentiality, open and honest communications.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

Education
Bachelors of Accounting (preferred)

Experience
Prefer 3 years experience with an automotive supplier (preferred)
