A Repossession Field Agent’s job involves working with internal staff to investigate and track the known location of cars, boats, trucks, ATV’s and more that are out for repossession. You will secure the vehicle and tow them to the closest company storage lot. The Repossession Field Agent requires a positive attitude and a high ability for problem solving and MUST be able to work efficiently without supervision.

You will be the face of our company to the public and who will recover the collateral and assets for our clients. It requires very good people skills and the ability to communicate on all levels. REPOSSESSION AGENT ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Repossess collateral as specified by the Standard Operating Procedures Manual
Perform Field Calls as required
Transport repossessed collateral safely to company facilities
Requires sitting behind the wheel of a tow truck for prolonged periods of time
Must work the attendance schedule and repossession goals as agreed to with your supervisor
Bending and crawling under vehicles
We provide the truck, equipment, and fuel card. You ride alone so you are not exposed to anyone while driving in the field.
Hourly $ Rate plus Commission- OT available and Uncapped Commission
Major Medical, Dental, Vision plus Supplemental Insurance’s
PTO and Sick time accrual
401K plus company match
Company Paid Life Insurance $15,000

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Proven experience working in an environment without direct supervision
Ability to read, write and speak English with reasonable capability to be able to communicate with customers, and employees
Either currently possess or can acquire a DOT physical card and Class D commercial driver’s license
Basic mechanical ability as you will need to check truck daily for any repairs/replacement requirements necessary to maintain the truck in good condition. Repairs will be handled by service garage.
Previous experience working as a tow truck operator, or in the repo industry. Experience loading a flatbed, self-loader or tow dolly is encouraged. Industry certification a plus
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
Basic computer skills including internet and email, own a smartphone with service
Technical proficiency and ability to learn multiple online platforms and maintain driver electronic logs and vehicle inspection reports.
You must have a clean driving record, must pass a pre-employment physical and drug test
Clean, presentable appearance, reliable with a strong work ethic
Ability to handle stress and multiple priorities with a level head
Must possess exceptional interpersonal, organizational, time management and conflict resolution skills
