Job Description
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK 3RD SHIFT
Write robotic weld programs that meet the quality specifications.
Inspect, measure, and/or test completed metal work pieces to ensure conformance to specifications, using measuring and testing devices.
Recognize, set up, and operate hand and power tools common to the welding trade, such as gas metal arc welding equipment.
Clamp, hold, tack-weld to obtain required configurations and positions for welding.
Preventive maintenance program for all weld related equipment.
Assists in the maintenance of time and production records as needed.
Job Requirements
Competencies
Interpret of mechanical drawings and blue prints.
Working knowledge of fixture and weld set up parameters.
Ability to compare similarities and differences among sets of letters, numbers, objects, pictures or patterns.
Identify the correct mathematical methods or formulas to solve problems.
