How you’ll make a difference in this role:
Under the guidance of the Youth Clinical Supervisor, you will provide primarily school-based counseling services. The position may also involve some home and community-based work.
You will provide a range of assessment and mental health counseling and therapy to children, adolescents and families. You will engage primary caregivers and other key participants in active change-oriented treatment by identifying and overcoming barriers to engagement. You will develop treatment plans through discussions with the client and provide subsequent review of cases.
You will maintain consultative relationships with other agencies, schools, and programs, to ensure quality consumer care and promote the coordination and development of mental health services. You will also maintain strengths-based approach while working with clients and families to assist in the retention of dignity and the development of positive intrinsic qualities in the consumer; maintain fidelity to assigned program; ensure medical necessity of services.

Who are you?
You are a passionate and caring professional who has obtained a Bachelor’s degree with an LSW licensure or a Master’s degree with an LPC/LPCC/LISW licensure. Your educational background and related work experience is with youth, adolescents, and families. This position is eligible for up to a $10,000 signing bonus and has the opportunity to be seasonal for the right candidate.
You have the ability to obtain an Ohio Driver’s License, maintain auto insurance, earn CPR/First Aid certification, and be willing to submit to background check and fingerprinting.
In this role you will regularly use various computer apps including Microsoft Office, our HRIS, EHR and other online systems, with multiple logins often simultaneously.
