Job Description
The University of Findlay (www.findlay.edu) is seeking a full-time transfer and online enrollment counselor. This position will be the lead recruiting role for transfer, online degree completion and select online graduate students. In representing the University, this will require frequent travel to visit community colleges and attend college fairs.
Established in 1882 through a joint partnership between the Churches of God, General Counsel and the city of Findlay, the University of Findlay has nearly 80+ majors leading to baccalaureate degrees and offers 11 master’s degrees, a doctor of pharmacy, a doctor of physical therapy, a doctor of occupational therapy and an Ed.D. More than 3,700 students are enrolled at Findlay. In addition, our faculty and staff strive to create a supportive community in which our students grow and find their path to a meaningful life and productive career.

Job Requirements
A bachelors’ degree, with 18 months of related industry experience is required. The candidate must possess excellent public speaking skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Preference given to candidates with event planning with coordination experience; experience in working effectively with others to achieve common goals; and the ability to alter planned activities in order to accommodate new or changed situations.
A valid US Drivers’ license with a safe driving record is required, and the energy and ability to travel. Some overnight travel is expected of this position.
