Kleinfelder is seeking a Water/Wastewater Engineer to join us in our Bowling Green, OH office.

We are looking for candidate who can thrive in a team-oriented workplace.  The Bowling Green Water / Wastewater Department offers a wide range of challenging projects work and a great opportunity to learn and develop professionally.

Job Requirements

Required Experience:

Design experience
Familiar with various funding resources
Previous Municipal work preferred
strong verbal and written communication skills,
the ability to organize priorities and multi-task effectively, and
a thirst to learn and achieve continuous improvement in a team environment, and
a can-do attitude and problem-solving mindset are essential, and
a strong commitment for accountability to project quality and schedule.

Education (Including any required Certifications):
A BS in Civil Engineering is required PE is preferred or willing to obtain PE within 1 year of hire.

Preferred Skills/Experience:
The candidate should have at a minimum, experience in, or the ability to readily learn:

Water & Sewer Experience
Hydraulic Modeling Experience
Exceptional Writing Skills
Master of Microsoft Word / Excel
Exceptional communication skills
Ability to work directly “hands on” with clients
