Title: Web Developer
Reports To: Lead Web Developer
Primary Purpose: We are looking for an experienced candidate to join our internal web development team who
also has an interest in marketing. In this role you will support the company’s ecommerce
growth with feature development while maintaining various company websites.

Job Requirements

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant web developing work experience required
• Proficiency with HTML 5, CSS 3, JavaScript ES6 and PHP 7+ required
• Prior work experience using applicable software preferred:
o Magento 2 and Craft CMS 3
o Algolia search engine
o HubSpot CRM software
• Experience with reactive JavaScript frameworks, such as Vue, Angular, React
• Experience with responsive design and cross-browser testing
• Experience with responsive frameworks, such as Bootstrap, Tailwind
• Understanding of build tools such as CSS preprocessors, Typescript, Webpack
• Experience using and implementing APIs to interact with third-party services
• Basic knowledge of MySQL or other relational databases
• Familiarity with Git or similar version control system
• Experience with digital marketing & SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
• Experience managing and working with cross-functional web design and development teams
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and problem-solving skills
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
• Develop, troubleshoot and enhance website features
• Create front-end website features by using best practices for HTML, CSS, accessibility, and SEO
• Enhance backend ecommerce and CMS features including API integrations with external systems,
• Coordinate product landing pages to support marketing initiatives
• QA testing across various browsers and devices
• Work with partners and internal resources to develop and manage website(s) content
• Cooperate with marketing department to match visual design intent on web and other digital properties
• Assist with strategic initiatives to improve ecommerce conversion rates
• Assist with social media content to ensure that it ties with e-commerce opportunities.
• Assist in maintenance and continued development of integration solutions
• Complete all other projects and tasks assigned by supervisor.
