Job Description

How you’ll make a difference in this role:

  • You will provide behavioral health consultations for any court-involved youth, families and essential others in the client’s natural environment (home, school, community, etc.). You will provide individual, family and group interventions; provide guidance to court staff, Magistrate, or Judge regarding access to services and/or treatment recommendations.
  • Attend court hearings, probation meetings with youth, and probation staffing meetings as requested; facilitate re-entry needs of youth returning home from detention, residential or DYS (Department of Youth Services) placement.
  • You will serve as a client advocate, acting in the client’s best interest at all times; attend Individual Treatment Plan development and review meetings; provide assistance in crisis situations to stabilize client and maintain client in the least restrictive treatment setting.
  • Provide emergency services; conduct emergency intakes and complete assessments; record consumer progress; and analyze and recommend new programs.

Job Requirements

Who are you?

You are a caring and dedicated professional who has experience working within the court system and providing services for at-risk youths. A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work with an LSW or Master’s degree in Social Work/Psychology with an LSW/LPC/LISW/LPCC is required. This position is eligible for up to a $10,000 sign on bonus.

You will have the ability to obtain a driver’s license, earn CPR/First Aid Certification, and be willing to submit to background check and fingerprinting.

In this role you will regularly use various computer apps including Microsoft Office, our HRIS, EHR and other online systems, with multiple logins often simultaneously.
